Central Minnesota Jobs and Training Services, Inc. (CMJTS) provides our communities with employment and training programs serving entry-level to highly-skilled jobseekers. Jobseekers’ skills and interests are professionally evaluated to help ensure job matching and job retention.
CMJTS provides quality individualized training services for demand and growing occupations. Our job seekers offer current skills and are ready to meet your company’s needs. We maintain a large pool of job ready candidates and can refer prospective employees for your consideration.
Just one of the programs offered through CMJTS is the Incumbent Worker Training Program (IWTP). A business-driven funding assistance to qualifying Minnesota businesses to provide skills training to full-time (at least 32 hours per week), permanent employees. The training should improve the skills of the businesses workforce, increase its competitiveness in a global economy, while also providing job security for its workers (layoff aversion).
