The gallery show “Seasons and Solstices”, will present a collaborative trio of friends and artists, Nan Grubbs, Kristin Webster, and Rosalie Spahr. Together, they will showcase visual, wearable and functional art pieces that represent our beautiful, ever-changing world.

She believes that art and nature have the power to improve people’s lives. She believes that surrounding ourselves with beauty is good for the soul.
Rosalie Spahr has been honing her skills in rope-based textiles for the past several years. Blending a love of sewing with a natural artistic sensibility to develop unique creations made from common clothesline, jute, and sisal. She has worked to incorporate various textiles and elements into her rope creations including art patches, applique, and driftwood. Her goal is to make functional and decorative artistic pieces that bring a touch of calm and natural beauty to personal spaces.
