Murder Mystery Dinner Theater

The Pine City Heritage Players will be taking things in a new direction this year as they host a Murder Mystery Dinner Theater at the Braham Event Center on March 8, 9 & 10. The show is titled, “Murder on the Menu”, and seemed to be a good fit for this new adventure.

“Every show is something new and different and we wanted to embrace that idea by trying something outside the ‘norm’ this season,” said Board President, Dawn Carpenter.  “The dinner theater experience is something that we’ve always talked about, but never quite got around to doing.”

“Murder on the Menu” is an interactive experience for the cast and audience as they work together to solve the murder.  A series of comical characters will keep the audience on the edge of their seat, and watching their back!  The show will be directed by Emily Schueller and technical direction by Jay Schueller.  The team is excited to get started in collaborating together.

A cast of 8 has been selected and includes: Keith Bredeson, Alexander Finch, Suzette Bennett, Sarah Odendahl, Alexandria Gosen, Rob Spahr, BeckaJo Bredeson and Cassandra Olson.

There will be 2 shows with a full dinner experience on Friday, March 8th and Saturday, March 9th.  Enjoy a 3 course plated meal experience including salad, entree choice of roast beef or chicken (must be selected at the time of ticket purchase) and dessert.  Tickets to attend on Friday and Saturday will be $40 per person.

There will also be a matinee show on Sunday, March 10th at 2:00 PM.  The Sunday show will include dessert only – tickets will be $25 per person. Tickets will go on sale in February, visit the Heritage Players website at www.pinecityheritageplayers.com for more details.
