ServSafe Food Manager for Minnesota requires an 8-hour class and successful passage of an exam. Upon completion of this course, participants receive a ServSafe certificate of passage and are certified for five years.
Our program provides classroom instruction to help students prepare to take the ServSafe Food Protection Certification Exam. Teaching methods include: Powerpoint & DVD as well as lecture from the instructor. Students will take the exam onsite at the end of the course.
