Thanks to grant funding through DEED, Pine Technical & Community College will offer a free Intro to Welding Class for youth ages 16-24. The class will run from May 13 through August 5 on Mondays and Thursdays from 8am – 12pm.
In this course students learn about a variety of welding processes and the safety concerns connected with them. To demonstrate their knowledge, students will practice appropriate welding techniques as applied to various materials and joint types.
