Visit the Snake River Fur Post on Saturday, September 28th for a special event this month led by Kora Boisvert, a teacher and nurse with an ever-growing interest in all things fiber.
Kora will be on site from 10 AM – Noon to share in a discussion of growing and processing the flax plant for multiple uses, as well as the important role flax has played in Minnesota history. A demonstration of the various stages of manual flax preparation will follow.
