

All FOOD VENDOR spots have been filled for the 2025 year!
For this annual community event, we invite local businesses and organizations to join us with an Outdoor Vendor Space on Saturday from 9am – 2pm. Vendors must provide their own set-up materials (tables, chairs, tents, etc.) and electricity is NOT available. Cost to participate is $50 for any vendor that is selling items, or $25 for an information only booth space. Registration fees are waived for all current members of the Pine City Chamber. Booth spaces are set-up outdoors on the west side of the Event Center among the various kids activities.

We are using Zeffy for our Fundraising Platform. At the time of checkout, you can remove any “additional donation” to the Zeffy platform if you choose. This ensures that 100% of your contribution to the Pine City Chamber Foundation is retained by the organization & benefits the Freedom Fest event.

- Information and registration for the Amazing Race before June 20th is available HERE. Team registration fee is $30. Limit of 20 teams.
- Information and registration for the Human Foosball event by June 27th is available HERE. Team registration fee is $30. Limit of 10 teams.
- Information and registration for the Hot Wings event is due by June 27th and available HERE. Individual registration fee is $25. Limit of 20 participants.
