As part of the Community Action Planning process for the City of Pine City in 2022, there were several discussions around the top of adding additional housing to the community. One such discussion included exploring the feasibility of a small/tiny housing community. Thanks to the grant from the Blandin Foundation, the City contracted with MSA Consulting to research this type of housing for our community and what changes would be needed in our zoning to make a tiny housing community possible.
