Who in Pine City has inspired you with their leadership, volunteerism and valuable contributions to the improvement of the community?  Can you name a community member that always seems to go the extra mile, with no need for recognition or accolades? Perhaps that person should be named our next Citizen of the Year. 

It’s that time of the year again when we are looking for community members to share their thoughts on who should be selected for the next Citizen of the Year.  We invite you to submit your nomination letter by mail, email or deliver in person to the Pine City Chamber Office in Downtown Pine City.  

Please submit your nomination in writing by email at info@pinecitychamber.com or by mail to 247 5th St SE, Pine City MN 55063.    Deadline for submission is Wednesday, September 18th.  A nominee should be a resident of Pine City and exhibit qualities that make them deserving of recognition by the community.  A recognition banquet in honor of the 2026 Citizen of the Year will be planned for late October.
