Welia Health will offer an evening of Sports Physicals for high school athletes in grades 7-12 on Tuesday, August 3rd. Sports physicals are required for play in any MSHSL activity and are valid for 3 years.
Appointments will be available from 4:00 – 7:30 PM on Tuesday, August 3rd. Reserve your time slot by calling 320.629.7505. A completed Sports Medical Eligibility Form will be needed when you attend your appointment.
