Who in Pine City has inspired you with their leadership, volunteerism and valuable contributions to the improvement of the community? Can you name a community member that always seems to go the extra mile, with no need for recognition or accolades? Perhaps that person should be named our next Citizen of the Year.
The Pine City Area Chamber of Commerce is now accepting nominations for the 2024 Citizen of the Year. Please submit your nomination in writing by email at [email protected] or by mail to PO Box 8, Pine City MN 55063. Deadline for submission is Wednesday, September 18th. A nominee should be a resident of Pine City and exhibit qualities that make them deserving of recognition by the community. A recognition banquet in honor of the 2024 Citizen of the Year will be planned for late October.
