Our scarecrow friends have been popping up around Pine City the last few days and we are excited to begin this year’s social media campaign #fallingforpine during the month of October. Pine City residents and visitors are eligible to participate in this month long giveaway!
Each day during the month of October there will be a post made to the Pine City Chamber Facebook Page (find it at www.facebook.com/pinecitychamber) with a business sponsor location and their scarecrow display. Visit that location and post a photo as a comment on that day’s post to be eligible to win one of the prize giveaways. Each prize is valued at $25 and includes gift certificates, Chamber Bucks or other local prizes.
Here’s how the drawings work:
- Each sponsor post includes the date for the drawing – as long as your photo is posted before 9AM on that date, it will be included as an entry for the next drawing.
- Limit of one photo comment per person on each daily sponsor post.
- Enter a photo for all 24 sponsor posts during the month to improve your chances of winning.
- Drawings will be held on these dates: October 8, 12, 18, 21, 26 & 29 – with 4 prizes awarded on each drawing date.
- Prizes will vary based on sponsor: Gift Certificates, Chamber Bucks or Gift Baskets are all possible prizes, each one valued at $25.
- Limit of one prize per person on each drawing date of drawings.
- No purchase necessary at sponsor locations to be eligible to win.
