East Central Regional Development Commission and First Children’s Finance are partnering to host several training sessions this spring that can assist you in jump starting your career as a Child Care Provider.
The Child Care Business Boot Camp will provide comprehensive knowledge to start up child care entrepreneurs on the basics of starting and running a successful child care business. The training will equip participants with the skills needed to refine their child care business idea, manage finances, develop a budget, create a marketing plan, and identify business polices that contribute to sustainability and growth of their child care business. The training uses a hands on approach through case studies, individual exercises, group exercises, and discussions to learning basic business concepts. This course if offered online.
