This week our Chamber Ambassador Team visited with the new owners of Pine City’s newest restaurant. Lotus Thai Cuisine took over operation of the restaurant space on August 9th, introducing a new menu and new flavors to the delight of their patrons. The restaurant is open Monday – Saturday from 11am – 8pm and closed Sundays.
