Pine Technical & Community College Continuing Education & Customized Training is excited to host several new classes this spring and summer. One of these classes is the new Permit to Carry and Permit to Carry Renewal Courses.
This class is designed for those wanting to secure their Minnesota Permit to Carry license.
Students learn firearm safety, safe carry considerations, and the legal implications of your permit to carry licensing.
This 7-hour class is unique from other Permit to Carry courses. It incorporates basic hand gun information. This course will cover safety, handling,operation, storage and maintenance of hand gun platforms, including revolvers and semi-automatic pistols. Students will gain knowledge in basic shooting fundamentals and confidence in safely using their firearms. A range qualification is part of the course.Students will receive a certificate upon successful completion.
This class is conducted by a firearms instructor who is certified by the USCCA.
