Mental Health Professional or Clinical Trainee: (Day Treatment Program)

Therapeutic Services Agency, Inc has a full-time employment opportunity for a Mental Health Professional or Mental Health Practitioner-Clinical Trainee to work in the Day Treatment Program with children and teens in Pine City,MN. Qualifications required: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field. This is a Monday-Friday, day-hours job providing group therapy and skills training to children and teens, and participating in teamwork with an energetic group of professionals.  In addition to group work, there will be opportunities to do individual and family therapy.  Professional supervision is provided.   Desired qualities include: positive teamwork approach, strong writing skills, understanding of children’s mental health and relationship development skills.  Compensation and benefits are competitive, agency is supportive. We are seeking to hire a Mental Health Professional or Clinical Trainee.

  • Mental Health Practitioner/Clinical Trainee: Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Community Counseling or related field and experience under the supervision of a Licensed Professional.
  • Mental Health Professional: Licensed LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT
  • Criminal background check upon start date. (TSA will conduct the background check with applicant’s permission.)

Mental Health Professional or Clinical Trainee: (School Linked Mental Health Program)

Therapeutic Services Agency, Inc is hiring additional licensed mental health professionals or clinical trainees (Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, Psychology or related field) to work in our school linked mental health program. This is an opportunity to join an enthusiastic team of therapists providing mental health services in schools located in Chisago and Pine Counties.

Desired qualities include persons on professional licensure track or licensed, with positive interpersonal relationship skills, works well with other professionals in school setting, knowledge base and effective therapeutic readiness to provide individual, family, group and play therapy services. CTSS experience preferred but not required, computer and organizational skills needed. We have positions available in Chisago and Pine County (within commute from Minneapolis/ St. Paul and suburbs or Western Wisconsin).

Mental Health Professional: (Outpatient Programs)

Therapeutic Services Agency, Inc is hiring additional licensed mental health professionals or clinical trainees (Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, Psychology or related field) anticipated to be licensed within 6 months in our Outpatient Mental Health Program. This is an opportunity to join an enthusiastic team of therapists providing mental health services in our Pine City and/or Cambridge offices and or Sandstone. (employment placement will be made relative to staff member’s home location as possible).

Desired qualities include persons on professional licensure track or licensed in MN, with positive interpersonal relationship skills, works well with other professionals, knowledge base and effective therapeutic readiness to provide individual diagnostic assessment and therapy. CTSS experience preferred but not required, computer and organizational skills needed.   We have excellent professional supervision available to support those on licensure track!

Clinical Trainee or Mental Health Practitioner: (ITFC Program)

Therapeutic Services Agency Inc seeks to employ a part time or full time Mental Health Clinical Trainee or Licensed Mental Health Professional to assist with the provision of Intensive Treatment in Foster Care (ITFC) to children and teens in their foster homes. Service provision will also include individual and family therapy, Extended Diagnostic Assessment, and coaching support to foster parents.  Work assignment will be made in geography area designated and mutually agreed to including one or two of the counties:  Pine, Kanabec, Isanti and Chisago.  Sessions may be provided in foster family and birth family homes, schools, and site based at TSA offices located in Cambridge, Lindstrom, North Branch, Pine City.
