Valentines Day Plans?

With tomorrow being the “Big Day” for those looking to celebrate Valentine’s Day, perhaps your plans have already been made….

For those that are more spontaneous in style or have been struggling to find just the right way to celebrate, we’ve compiled a few local options for getting out to enjoy Pine City on Friday, February 14th.

Hearts & Arts Cabaret at Signatures Closing
The Pine Center for the Arts welcomes local musician, Caron Peters, and family to share their musical gifts. The evening will have a casual atmosphere with appetizers (provided by Mom’s Parkside Cafe) and wine for guests to enjoy. This event will be held from 5:00 – 6:30 PM. Tickets are just $20 per person.

Dinner, Bingo & Electronic Horseracing at Vannelli’s Landing
Enjoy a variety of dinner specials on Friday evening at Vannelli’s Landing on the south end of Pokegama Lake. Dinner serving begins at 4:00 PM. Bingo and Horseracing will begin at approximately 7PM.

Meatball Buffet and Old Time String Band Performance
Have you checked out the Listening Room at KBEK this year? They’ve got a full schedule of musical guests lined up…. including this special event. Enjoy the meatball buffet, mashed potatoes, salad bar & dessert. Tickets are just $35 per person.

Dinner Special at the Pine City American Legion
Seafood fettucine alfredo with sirloin steak, salad, wine & dessert.

Make Dinner Reservations at Mom’s Parkside Cafe
Flat-iron steak, Jumbo Shrimp and BBQ Pork Ribs are just a few of the options on the menu. If you’ll be dining here, you must make an advance reservation, dinner seating from 4:00 – 7:00 PM.

Peg Skalicky Opening Night Gallery Reception
Local artist, Peg Skalicky, is unveiling a variety of new art pieces this month for the Pine Center for the Arts gallery exhibit. You can drop by anytime from 6:30 – 8:00 PM to see the exhibit. FREE and open to the public.

The Minorbirds – Live at Three Twenty Brewing Co.
Support local and live music in the taproom from 6:00 – 8:30 PM. Three Twenty Brewing Co. has an open food policy, so guests can pick up dinner and come in to enjoy any of the locally brewed beers.
