Holiday Madness in Pine City this Saturday, December 7th

We are just 4 days away from the Holiday Madness celebration in Pine City and plans are coming together for a fun day of community activities. The streets will be bustling with shoppers out looking for holiday gifts for their friends and family and there will be many places to find great deals!

Local retailers and restaurants will be hosting Holiday Madness specials throughout the day, but you can also enjoy a few pop-up boutique sales in Pine City.

  • Check out the “Gals Ya Know” Boutique at the Pine City American Legion from 9am – 3pm
  • Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, located at 535 8th Street SW will run their Christmas Marketplace event from 8am – 1pm with rolls & coffee, a bake sale, craft sale & silent auction.
  • Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, located at 825 Golf Ave SW will run the Scandinavian Sweet Shop along with a craft sale, quilt raffle, cookbooks, and decorative evergreen pots from 9am – 2pm.
  • First Presbyterian Church will host the famous Christmas Cookie Walk (Come EARLY for the best selection). Cookies, Bars, Lefse and Crafts sale. Also serving chili and corn bread for lunch. Starts at 9am and open until its gone!
  • The Lighthouse Christmas Boutique, hosted by the Evangelical Free Church at 1045 Main Street SW will have over 25 local crafters, artists, and vendor booths from 9am – 3pm.
  • Gifts of Grace will hold their 10th Annual Christmas Sale from 8am – 4pm in the Pine City Senior Center on Main Street.
  • The Pine Center for the Arts will open their Snowflake Gallery, featuring one-of-a-kind gifts from local artists. Check out the Gallery at 265 5th St SE from 10am – 6pm.

Be sure to make plans to enjoy the afternoon activities in Robinson Park from 4:30 – 6:30 PM. The annual chili cook-off begins at 4:30 and will go until the chili is gone. Fire rings will be burning and this year we welcome Chris’ Food Center as they host the “Smores’ Station”.

The Holiday Madness Parade will kick off at 5:30 PM and the Tree Lighting will follow the close of the parade. Santa will be making an appearance along with some other fun friends! Check out the Holiday Madness flyer for the full list of events!
