The newest candidates vying for the title of Pine City Ambassador have been active in the community the last several weeks. Applications were turned in during the month of March and these ladies have spent some time reaching out to local businesses to invite them to sponsor them as a candidate in the annual event.
Sponsorship funds are used for these candidates, plus the Little Miss candidates for the activities hosted during the Candidate Experience week. Some of the favorite activities over the years have included: Etiquette Luncheon with community leaders, Community scavenger hunt and other team building activities, painting activity at the Pine Center for the Arts, and a morning at the Rural School.
